been examined and demonstrated his abilities to the Guild.
Framing is not just a question of fitting the picture into a frame; the
moulding of the frame, the mounting of the picture within the frame and the
proportion of the overall image all play their vital part in presenting an
outstanding image of which you will be proud.
Many framed pictures are made from material which will not protect your
art and photographs from attack by insects and acids within the mounting. If
you value your picture, please take care to ensure that only the finest quality
materials and workmanship are used.
We can now produce individual hand decorated
designs of moulding so that, even if the 3000 styles of moulding that we have
on our books are not enough, your exact requirements can be met.
We also enjoy framing needlework, be it tapestries or cross-stitch. Not all framers are able to
handle this type of work – for something that has taken many hours to produce,
choose a framer who can and will take care of your fabric art.
